Cerebral Palsy Association works directly with adults and children with CP and/or Neuro-Motor Disorders by maintaining a loan closet of equipment that helps families who want to try out particular piece of equipment to see if it is right for the child or do not have enough insurance to purchase it. Mercy’s Gate began 30 years ago as a collaboration of churches and organizations called Northern Churches Care. Special Kids Special Families

Adults with disabilities are paired with residential providers who are trained to understand adult rights. Provides services to adults 18 to seniors with developmental disabilities and/or multiple disabling conditions. SKSF encourages individuals to expand their knowledge and experience of the community in the I- CAN program. Joey’s Place offers academic, social and life skills training for adults with varying abilities and needs. The learning center also includes our 18-21 year old transition program. Provides hourly, before/after school, summer, weekend care for youth with special needs (includes physical, cognitive, emotional and social.)

Provide recreation and leisure opportunities for youth and adults with disabilities. Opportunities include specialized programs and inclusion services.
