When: Thursdays in January from 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Week One: Learn skills to maintain a good relationship with friends, coworkers, and the people around you.
Week Two: Learn simple exercises to keep your body healthy and active.
Week Three: Sleep plays an important role in your physical health. Sleep helps you heal and makes your mind and body strong and healthy. Learn why sleeping is needed for our bodies.
Week Four: Learn skills to communicate effectively.
