Learn to develop the skills necessary to become empowered to conquer daily obstacles.
When: Mondays in September from 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Week One – Positive Attitude and Overcoming Barriers: Learn what self-advocacy is, and why advocating for yourself is important.
Week Two – Personal Space and Boundaries: This class focuses on how to identify and accept your personal boundaries, and those of others, and how to acknowledge your own needs when you interact with others.
Week Three – Emotions and Anger Management: Learn tips and tricks on how to keep anger under control and how it affects your body.
Week Four – Conflict Resolutions: Learn the skills to resolve conflicts the appropriate way, so both parties are happy.
