This group meets every Tuesday from 11-12 p.m.
Limon – Hub City Senior Center, 220 E Avenue
Join a community of senior and older adults for a total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level. Classes are designed to increase endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and balls are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated or standing support. We will also have an exercise book to take home for everyday use.
