Provides vocational assessment, employment readiness, skilled training, job placement and job support for people with diverse disabilities. We have community partners and employers that we collaborate with to provide and empower people for greater Independence through Employment. We also partner with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation in a Customer Service Training program. Consumers can also be trained in reception, call center, and retail skills for job placement. Our Home Health Care also provides personal care provider training.

JAN’s mission is to facilitate the employment and retention of workers with disabilities by providing employers, employment providers, people with disabilities, their family members, and other interested parties with information on job accommodations, entrepreneurship, and related subjects. Provides technical assistance related to workplace accommodations. Consultants access a database that offers strategies and products proven to be effective in the workplace.
