A federal program to assist low-income households, with the use of a Quest card in place of cash to purchase groceries. The amount of money received depends on the number of people in the household and the total family income after deductions. Apply in person. Starting April 2009, extra benefits will be added to EBT card.

SPRINGS RESCUE MISSION

This one-year residential recovery program serves men suffering from chronic alcoholism, drug addiction or those having difficulty functioning in society due to a lack of life skills.
Springs Rescue Mission provides hot, nutritious meals to the homeless and hungry, a monthly food box program for poor families, and a Culinary Arts +vocational training program.
